Vitals Elemental SeleniumElemental Selenium is based on ‘concentrated mineral drops’ (CMD), a special seawater concentrate from the Great Salt Lake (Utah, USA) with the full spectrum of minerals and trace elements (almost all sodium removed, and in this case supplemented with extra selenium in the form of sodium selenite). This product is manufactured using a traditional and natural concentration process with the help of the sun.
The minerals and trace elements in Elemental Selenium are present in dissolved and ionic form, as electrolytes. This means they are not bound to other elements but are loose, electrically charged particles. For example, magnesium chloride (MgCl2), when dissolved in water, splits into the ions Mg2+ (positively charged magnesium) and Cl- (negatively charged chloride). This is also how minerals exist in our bodies, dissolved in intra- and extracellular fluids such as blood plasma. Minerals in ionic form are therefore easily absorbed.

Ingredients
Purified water, seawater concentrate (CMD), food acid (citric acid), sodium selenite, preservative (potassium benzoate [<0.1%]).
Usage
Take 1 ml per day with the Opti-Dose dropper (1 pipette = 1 ml). Add the drops to (approx. 200 ml) water, fruit juice or food. Shake before use. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Slight crystallization may occur, but this does not affect the quality of the product. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
