Ingredients
Minerals (calcium, magnesium, silicon) bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose [cellulose gel]), rapeseed oil (Brassica napus), vitamins (D3, K2), glazing agents (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, glycerol, hydroxypropyl cellulose), anti-caking agents (calcium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide).

Usage
Take 1 tablet twice a day with a meal with water or as advised.
