Our diet often shows a deficiency of Omega-3 fatty acids. Over the past 20 years, much attention has been paid to Omega-6 fatty acids (vegetable oils and margarines) in our diet. Proportionally, insufficient Omega-3 fatty acids are consumed compared to Omega-6 fatty acids, disrupting the eicosanoids (EPA) balance. The fat spectrum appears to change under the influence of good fish oil. Regular consumption of Omega-3 fatty acids, like other macronutrients, is important for expectant mothers. Vitakruid's Fish Oil Forte contains 1000 mg of fish oil concentrate per capsule, providing 350 mg of EPA and 250 mg of DHA. FISH OIL, soft capsule (gelatin, glycerin, water), vitamin E.

Usage
Take 1 to 2 capsules twice a day with water (the first 3 months).
Then a maintenance dose of 1 to 2 capsules per day.
The maximum dosage is 5 capsules.
