Eating oily fish isn't a high priority in our small country. Research also shows that most Dutch people don't get the recommended amount of omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA, which are mainly found in oily fish. This is a cause for concern, as our bodies can't produce these essential fatty acids on their own.
Our Fish Oil 1200 TG Liquid contains an extremely high dosage of no less than 610 mg EPA and 407 mg DHA from 1,200 mg omega 3.
High omega 3 concentration of >70%
A high concentration of over 70 percent omega-3 fatty acids isn't a given in liquid form. In an average fish oil concentrate based on triglycerides, we often see ratios of 26-57%. This is because EPA and DHA are bound to other fatty acids at the molecular level. We strive for the highest possible omega-3 content. We achieve this by separating EPA and DHA from the other fatty acids through a careful extraction process.
Natural and best absorbable triglyceride form
When we develop omega-3 supplements, we separate the active ingredients EPA and DHA from the other fatty acids. This is done in two ways:

Our fish oil is extracted from 100% anchovies. This is a non-endangered fish species, unlike mackerel, cod, and brown trout, which are often used in fish oil supplements. Anchovies are naturally short-lived. Our renowned supplier, Golden Omega®, catches them off the coast of Chile. These waters are known worldwide for their abundance of fish. Pure and safe thanks to the certified Orivo® laboratory
Omega-3 oil extraction is already sustainable, but the production process from catch to oil is also sustainable, safe, and pure. Orivo® is a laboratory specializing in authentic and sustainable seafood. Under their supervision, they ensure that our fish oil is completely free of contaminants. Sometimes these unintentionally end up in food products (think heavy metals like lead).
To give you an idea: the European directive specifies that fish products may contain a maximum of 0.3 mg of lead per kg. The percentage in our fish oil supplement appears to be less than 0.008 mg according to the Certificate of Analysis. That's almost forty (!) times lower. ToTox (oxidation value) below 5
