Usage
Take 1 scoop with water or a smoothie of 200 ml. Adhere to the recommended dosage. Maximum EGCG dose is 800mg per day. Not suitable for consumption in combination with other green tea products or during fasting. Not suitable for children under 18, during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
