Good addition
Our silicon intake is often too low. The average daily intake of this mineral among the Western population is between 20 and 50 milligrams. An additional problem is that the silicon present in food is only absorbed by an average of 40.9%.

Exceptionally bioavailable
SilSolutions consists exclusively of organic silicon. The use of this form of silicon can be scientifically substantiated. In the research by Sripanyakorn et al. from 2009, the absorption of silicon from various food and supplement sources was compared. This study shows that the absorption of organic silicon is significantly higher than the absorption of other silicon forms.
Moreover, the organic form is absorbed most quickly into the bloodstream, with a peak in blood serum visible after just 30 minutes. The graph below shows that organic silicon was better absorbed into the blood compared to, for example, choline-stabilized orthosilicic acid.
Liquid form
Hydrolysis is the name of the process in which a chemical compound is split with the absorption of water. Silicon is an element that is extracted from a solid source in this way. Two molecules are then formed: silicon in the small molecular form bound to the large molecule H2O, or water in common parlance.
Supplements in solid form, i.e., in tablet, powder, or capsule form, can therefore never contain well-absorbable silicon in the small molecular form. The related H2O molecule is simply removed from the compound. And that is why Vitakruid's SilSolutions is only available in the bioavailable, liquid form!
Ease of administration
We supply SilSolutions as standard with a handy measuring cup. This plastic cup has a dosage mark every five milliliters, with a maximum of 30 milliliters. Your SilSolutions dosage is therefore always accurate to the milliliter!

Ingredients
Purified water, Vitamin C (ascorbic acid), Silicon (elemental), citric acid (acidity regulator), tropical aroma (flavoring), steviol glycosides from stevia (natural sweetener), nettle extract (urtica dioica herba). Excipients: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate. SilSolutions contains approx. 3.5 g elemental silicon per liter.
Usage
Take 20 ml daily in the morning on an empty stomach. For optimal effectiveness, wait 20 minutes after intake before consuming food and/or drinks. Shake before use. Do not allow the solution to come into contact with metal or glass, as the effectiveness of the silicon may be somewhat lost. After opening, the product is guaranteed to retain its effectiveness for 3 months. After this, its effectiveness may decrease.
