High amount
SilSolutions by Vitakruid is a high-quality silicon product with a whopping 70 mg of elemental silicon per 20 ml measuring cup. Worldwide (!), there are no products available with such a high organic, elemental silicon content per daily dose. Vitakruid can therefore rightfully call itself a leader in this niche!
Good addition
Our silicon intake is often too low. The average daily intake of this mineral among the Western population is between 20 and 50 milligrams. An additional problem is that only 40.9% of the silicon present in food is absorbed on average.
Certain foods do contain high levels of this wonder mineral, such as bananas. However, the dilemma with many of these food sources is the form of silicon present, which is not absorbed by the body. A well-absorbable silicon supplement is therefore a welcome addition to your diet!
Exceptionally bioavailable
SilSolutions consists exclusively of organic silicon. We can scientifically substantiate the use of this form of silicon. A 2009 study by Sripanyakorn et al. compared the absorption of silicon from various food sources and supplements. This study demonstrated that the absorption of organic silicon is significantly higher than that of other forms of silicon.
Moreover, the organic form is absorbed into the bloodstream most rapidly, with a peak in serum levels visible after just 30 minutes. The graph below shows that organic silicon was better absorbed into the blood compared to, for example, choline-stabilized orthosilicic acid.
Liquid form
Hydrolysis is the name for the process by which a chemical compound is broken down by absorbing water. Silicon is an element extracted from a solid source in this way. Two molecules are formed: silicon in its smaller molecular form bound to the larger molecule H2O, or water in common parlance.
Supplements in solid form—whether in tablets, powders, or capsules—can never contain the easily absorbable silicon in its small molecular form. The related molecule, H2O, is simply removed from the compound. That's why Vitakruid's SilSolutions is only available in the bioavailable liquid form!
Ease of administration
We supply SilSolutions with a handy measuring cup as standard. This plastic cup has a dosing line every 5 milliliters, with a maximum of 30 milliliters. So your SilSolutions dosage is always accurate to the milliliter!

Ingredients
Purified water, vitamin C (ascorbic acid), silicon (elemental), citric acid (acidity regulator), natural strawberry flavor (flavoring), steviol glycosides from stevia (natural sweetener), nettle extract (Urtica dioica herba). Additives: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate. SilSolutions contains approximately 3.5 g of elemental silicon per liter.
Usage
Take 20 ml daily in the morning on an empty stomach. For optimal efficacy, wait 20 minutes after taking the product before consuming food and/or drinks. Shake before use.
Do not allow the solution to come into contact with metal or glass, as the silicon may lose some of its effectiveness. After opening, the product is guaranteed to remain effective for 3 months. After this time, its effectiveness may diminish.
