SilSolutions by Vitakruid is a high-quality silicon product with no less than 70 mg elemental silicon per 20 ml. Worldwide(!) there are no products available with such a high organic, elemental silicon content per daily dose. Vitakruid can therefore rightly call itself a leader in this niche!
Good supplement
Our silicon intake is often too low. The average daily intake of this mineral among the Western population is between 20 and 50 milligrams. An additional problem is that the silicon present in food is on average only absorbed by 40.9%.
Certain foods do contain high levels of this wonder mineral, such as bananas. The dilemma with many of these food sources, however, is the form of the silicon present; it is not absorbed by our bodies. A well-absorbable silicon supplement is therefore a welcome addition to your diet!
Exceptionally bioavailable
SilSolutions consists exclusively of organic silicon. The use of this form of silicon can be scientifically substantiated. In the study by Sripanyakorn et al. from 2009, the absorption of silicon from various food and supplement sources was compared. This study shows that the absorption of organic silicon is significantly higher than the absorption of other silicon forms.
Moreover, the organic form is absorbed most quickly into the bloodstream, with a peak in blood serum already visible after 30 minutes. The graph below shows that organic silicon was better absorbed into the blood compared to, for example, choline-stabilized orthosilicic acid.
Liquid form
Hydrolysis is the name for the process where a chemical compound is split under the uptake of water. Silicon is an element that is extracted in this way from a solid source. This creates two molecules: silicon in the small molecular form bound to the large molecule H2O, or water in common parlance.
Supplements in solid form, i.e., in tablet, powder, or capsule form, can therefore never contain the well-absorbable silicon in the small molecular form. The associated H2O molecule has simply been removed from the compound. And that is why SilSolutions by Vitakruid is only available in the bioavailable, liquid form!

Ingredients
Purified water, Vitamin C (ascorbic acid), Silicon (elemental), citric acid (acidity regulator), natural apple flavor (flavoring), nettle extract (urtica dioica herba). Excipients: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate. SilSolutions contains approx. 3.5 g elemental silicon per liter.
Usage
Take 20 ml daily in the morning on an empty stomach. Do not allow the solution to come into contact with metal or glass, as the quality may be slightly lost.
