High amount
SilSolutions from Vitakruid is a high-quality silicon product with no less than 70 mg of elemental silicon per measuring cup (20 ml). Worldwide(!) no products are available with such a high organic, elemental silicon content per daily dose. Vitakruid can therefore rightfully call itself a leader in this niche!

Good addition
Our silicon intake is often too low. The average daily intake of this mineral among the Western population is between 20 and 50 milligrams. An additional problem is that the silicon present in food is only absorbed by an average of 40.9%.

Certain foods do contain high levels of this miracle mineral, such as bananas. The dilemma with many of these food sources, however, is the form of the silicon present; it is not absorbed by our body. A well-absorbable silicon supplement is therefore a welcome addition to your diet!

Exceptionally bioavailable
SilSolutions consists exclusively of organic silicon. The use of this form of silicon can be scientifically substantiated. In the research by Sripanyakorn et al. from 2009, the absorption of silicon from various sources of food and supplements was compared. This study shows that the absorption of organic silicon is significantly higher than the absorption of other silicon forms.

Moreover, the organic form is absorbed most quickly into the bloodstream; a peak in the blood serum was already visible after 30 minutes. The graph below shows that organic silicon was better absorbed into the blood compared to, for example, choline-stabilized orthosilicic acid.

Liquid form
Hydrolysis is the name of the process in which a chemical compound is split with the absorption of water. Silicon is an element that is extracted from a solid source in this way. Two molecules are then formed: silicon in the small molecular form bound to the large H2O molecule, or water in common parlance.

Supplements in solid form, i.e., in tablet, powder, or capsule form, can therefore never contain the well-absorbable silicon in the small molecular form. The related H2O molecule is simply removed from the compound. And that is why Vitakruid's SilSolutions is only available in the bioavailable, liquid form!

Ease of administration
We supply SilSolutions with a convenient measuring cup as standard. This plastic cup has a dosage line every five milliliters, with a maximum of 30 milliliters. Your SilSolutions dosage is therefore always accurate to the milliliter!

Elemental silicon	70 mg
Vitamin C (ascorbic acid)	80 mg - 100% RI*

Ingredients
Purified water, Vitamin C (ascorbic acid), Silicon (elemental), citric acid (acidity regulator), natural apple flavor (flavoring), nettle extract (urtica dioica herba). Excipients: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate. SilSolutions contains approx. 3.5 g elemental silicon per liter.

Use
Take 20 ml in a measuring cup in the morning on an empty stomach. Do not allow the solution to come into contact with metal or glass as the availability of the silicon may be somewhat lost.

Storage advice
Store SilSolutions at room temperature (15-25°C) and out of direct sunlight. Do not place in the refrigerator or in direct proximity to electromagnetic devices! Keep out of reach and sight of young children.
