Lithothamnion calcareum, Magnesium bisglycinate, microcrystalline cellulose (filler), silicon dioxide (filler), magnesium stearate (anti-caking agent), HPMC (glazing agent), polysorbate (carrier), Vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7), Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), beeswax (glazing agent), carnauba wax (glazing agent).

Usage
Take 1 to 2 tablets per day. Do not use in combination with anticoagulants. Not suitable for children up to and including 10 years.
