An active B-complex and the safest form of B6
The Multi Day Man contains all B-vitamins. We also opt for bioavailable forms that the body absorbs well. This means you can also use Multi Day Man as an active B-complex!
Furthermore, two forms of vitamin B6 are used in supplements: pyridoxine HCL and the biologically active form pyridoxal-5-phosphate (P-5-P). To date, no side effects have been reported from the use of pyridoxal-5-phosphate. Research from Maastricht University even shows that neuropathy due to high doses of B6 is entirely attributable to pyridoxine HCl. The form that is not found in any of our products.
Saw palmetto extract Sabalselect®
Many extracts of the American plant, however, do not meet our quality standards. The active ingredients are not present in effective dosages, not evenly distributed, or the leaves are at the base of the extract instead of the fruit. Some extracts even have a fatty acid content of only 25 percent! That's why we choose the most renowned saw palmetto extract worldwide, which is supported by no less than nineteen (!) scientific articles and has a fatty acid content of at least 85 percent!
Ashwagandha KSM 66®
KSM-66® uses only the roots of the ashwagandha plant for its extract, without the addition of leaves. Many manufacturers choose to include leaves in their extract, as these are only a fraction of the cost of the roots, about one-fifteenth. In addition to the fact that Ayurveda has used the root for oral consumption for years, scientific research also shows that the health-promoting effects are mainly attributable to the root. The roots simply have a much higher content of active ingredients than the leaves.
