The safest form of Vitamin B6 (P-5-P)
In supplements, we know of two forms: pyridoxine HCl and the biologically active form pyridoxal-5-phosphate (P-5-P). So far, no side effects have been reported from the use of pyridoxal-5-phosphate. Research from Maastricht University even shows that neuropathy caused by high doses of B6 is entirely attributable to pyridoxine HCl. This form is not found in any of Vitakruid's products. Therefore, the Multi Day is an extremely safe choice!
Contains an active B complex
In addition to the safest form of vitamin B6, the Multi Day also contains all the other B vitamins. We've added these natural energy sources to the formula exclusively in high, safe doses and in their most bioavailable forms. The B vitamins in the Multi Day are even higher in dosage than in some B-complex formulas, which contain only B vitamins.
