The safest form of Vitamin B6 (P-5-P)
In supplements, we know two forms: pyridoxine HCl and the biologically active form pyridoxal-5-phosphate (P-5-P). So far, no side effects have been reported from the use of pyridoxal-5-phosphate. Research from Maastricht University even shows that neuropathy due to high doses of B6 is entirely attributable to pyridoxine HCl. The form that is not found in any of Vitakruid's products.
