Ingredients
Magnesium lysinate, calcium carbonate (filler), magnesium taurate, magnesium pidolate, magnesium glycerophosphate, magnesium aspartate, magnesium bisglycinate, corn starch, silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent), stearic acid (anti-caking agent), HPC (glazing agent), magnesium salts of natural fatty acids (anti-caking agent), HPMC (glazing agent), polyethylene glycol (humectant), Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate).

Use
Take 1 to 2 tablets daily. Do not exceed the recommended dose. This food supplement is not suitable for children up to 3 years old.
