Ingredients
Black maca extract (Lepidium meyenii), Yellow maca extract (Lepidium meyenii), Red maca extract (Lepidium meyenii), HPMC (capsule), microcrystalline cellulose (bulking agent), magnesium salts of natural fatty acids (anti-caking agent), silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent).

Usage
Take 1 capsule daily. Follow the recommended dosage.
