Composition per dose (1 measuring spoon of 5 ml):
L-Glutamine	2000 mg
N-Acetyl Glucosamine	200 mg
L-Methionine	100 mg

Ingredients
L-Glutamine, N-Acetyl Glucosamine, L-Methionine.

Usage
Take 1 to 3 scoops daily. Dissolve in a 200 ml glass of water or another cold drink.
Preferably half an hour before a meal or two hours after. Measuring spoon included.

Storage instructions
Store in a dry, dark place at room temperature (15-25°C).
