After the monsoon, farmers sow their crops, then wait a hundred days until the pods are ripe. The harvest is done entirely by hand, and the plants are dried in the sun in the field. This traditional method preserves the quality of the plant and its fibers, letting nature do the work.

Only a non-genetically modified plant species is used, with respect for soil health, biodiversity, and local communities. Moreover, long-term collaborations contribute to stable income and better future opportunities for farming families in the region.

Natural Fiber, Advanced Processing for Optimal Quality
After harvesting, a refined production process begins. In a specially developed facility, the guar starch is dissolved in purified water from a reverse osmosis plant. Then, carefully measured enzymes are added for mild enzymatic hydrolysis.

For thirteen hours, the fiber chains are naturally shortened to their optimal length. Afterwards, the mixture is sterilized through a process similar to pasteurization, and then spray-dried into a fine, white powder.

After drying, the product undergoes a final quality control. A powerful magnetic filter removes possible metal particles, after which Sunfiber® is packed under pharmaceutically controlled conditions. Usage
