Creatine is a naturally occurring substance in our bodies. Our bodies can obtain creatine in two ways. Firstly, by producing it themselves from the amino acids arginine, glycine, and methionine. Secondly, by ingesting it through our diet. However, the amounts found in food are relatively low.

Usage
Take 1 scoop of powder with a glass of 250 ml water or fruit juice daily. Supplement creatine daily, both on rest days and training days. The most important thing is to take your dose every day. On training days, we recommend using Elite Creatine before your workout (approx. 30-60 minutes). This is due to the presence of D-Ribose, a sugar (carbohydrate) that is quickly absorbed and provides immediate energy. Use during pregnancy and breastfeeding is not recommended due to the lack of sufficient research. Not suitable for children under 10 years of age.
