High curcumin content
Using a turmeric extract with a very high curcumin content (95%) has a significantly greater effect than raw turmeric (curcumin 2-9%). Supplements containing raw turmeric have almost no health-promoting properties. The curcumin dosage (2-9%) is simply too low for that. Bioperine® (95-98% piperine) is an extract obtained from the black pepper fruit.
