Various building blocks for our skin are found in food, but often in parts we are not used to eating. For example, collagen is found in fish with skin and bone broth. Hyaluronic acid is also found in bone broth. Keratin is primarily found in the indigestible parts of animals such as wool and nails, but we typically do not eat these.
Our body can produce collagen, hyaluronic acid, and keratin itself from amino acids. These amino acids are found in meat, fish, dairy, eggs, legumes, grains, and nuts.
Moldavian Dragonhead (Dracocephalum moldavica) is an herbaceous plant with a citrus-like scent, native to temperate regions of Asia such as China, Tajikistan, and Turkmenistan. The plant, which has beautiful purple flowers, is often used as an ornamental plant. Its leaves are edible and add a refreshing, citrusy flavor to salads, tea, and other dishes. And, as the name suggests, the flowers of this plant closely resemble dragon heads.

Keratin is a protein primarily present in our skin, hair, and nails. Here, it plays an essential role in their structure and firmness. Keratin is best known as a component of hair, which consists of up to 90% keratin. However, we also find it in other places, such as in the epidermis and in the nails.

Directions for use
Take 1 to 2 scoops daily with a glass of 250 ml water. Easily dissolvable in, among others, (lukewarm) warm water, coffee, tea, fruit juice, chocolate milk, soup, protein shakes, oatmeal, smoothies, yogurt, and quark. After stirring, let stand for 5 minutes for optimal dissolution. Preferably use for 25 consecutive days. Then take a 5-day break. Adhere to the recommended dosages.
