Taking vitamin B12 via the oral mucosa (under the tongue) ensures optimal absorption of vitamin B12. Both methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin are biologically active forms of B12 and are therefore easily absorbed.

This B12 Combi 10,000 contains: 5000µg Methylcobalamin (Vitamin B12), 5000µg Adenosylcobalamin (Vitamin B12) and 600µg Folate (5-MTHF, Quatrefolic).
