The B12 1000 µg Methylcobalamin is dosed significantly lower than other B12 products in our range, such as the B12 Combi 6000. Therefore, we do not recommend this product for severely deficient vitamin B12 levels. However, you may be more advanced in your therapy and your B12 imbalance is almost entirely resolved. In such cases, it might be a good idea to switch from the B12 Combi 6000 and consider B12 1000 supplementation. This variant, due to its dosage, is also ideal for children with deficient vitamin B12 levels.

The most absorbable forms of vitamin B12 are methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin. Both are biologically active forms that do not require further conversion by the stomach and intestines.
