Usage
Unless otherwise prescribed, build up to 3 capsules once daily, to be taken with plenty of water at a time determined by the practitioner. Taking before a meal is generally more effective than taking after a meal. If not otherwise specified, take between meals. However, never less than 15 minutes before the meal of your choice.
