Usage Unless otherwise prescribed, increase to 3 capsules once daily, to be taken with plenty of water at a time determined by your doctor. Taking them before a meal is generally more effective than taking them after a meal. Unless otherwise specified, take them between meals. However, never less than 15 minutes before your chosen meal.
