Usage
Unless otherwise prescribed, build up to 3 capsules once daily, to be taken with plenty of water at a time determined by the practitioner. Taking it before a meal is generally more effective than taking it after a meal. Unless otherwise determined, take it between meals. However, never less than 15 minutes before the meal of your choice.
