Shilajit is a thick, sticky substance that naturally oozes from rocks in mountainous regions, particularly the Himalayas, Altai, Caucasus, and Andes. It is formed by the slow decomposition of plant material under high pressure and temperature over thousands of years.
Compound:
Shilajit extract (150 mg), standardized to 40% fulvic acid. Fulvic acid is a component of humus. Humus consists of many organic compounds found in soil, rock sediments, and natural watercourses.
