Vita Botanica - Shilajit is a high-quality extract of Shilajit, standardized to no less than 40% fulvic acid, supplemented with cold-pressed black cumin seed oil and chlorella.
Shilajit is a thick, sticky substance that naturally oozes from rocks in mountainous regions, especially in the Himalayas, Altai, Caucasus, and Andes. It originates from the slow breakdown of plant material under high pressure and temperature over thousands of years.
Composition:
Shilajit extract (150 mg), standardized to 40% fulvic acid. Fulvic acid is a component of humus. Humus consists of many organic compounds found in soil, rock sediments, and natural waterways. Fulvic acid is formed by the gradual decomposition of plant material by microorganisms. It contains a range of nutrients, minerals and trace elements, electrolytes, silica, and pre- and probiotics. Fulvic acid has high bioavailability in the body, partly due to its high alkaline pH.
Black cumin seed oil (Nigella sativa) (440 mg), extracted from the seeds of the Nigella Sativa plant. It is packed with essential nutrients such as omega fatty acids and antioxidants. Hence the nickname 'the gold of the pharaohs'. It is very popular in traditional medicine such as Ayurveda.
Chlorella (50 mg), a single-celled freshwater algae that has been known for centuries as a rich source of nutrients. It is packed with chlorophyll, proteins, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Chlorella is a real superfood.

Usage
1 to 3 capsules per day, preferably with a meal and water. Do not chew. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding (unless advised by a doctor) and/or hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients.
