VISMED® MULTI contains sodium hyaluronate, a natural polymer found naturally in the human eye. The unique physical properties of sodium hyaluronate give VISMED® MULTI its viscoelasticity and water-retaining properties. VISMED® MULTI forms a stable layer on the ocular surface that fades slowly with blinking. Therefore, VISMED® MULTI combines long-lasting relief with maximum comfort. VISMED® MULTI is well tolerated due to its unique formulation. VISMED® MULTI is preservative-free.

What is this medicine used for?
Symptoms and signs of dry eyes and/or superficial lesions due to conditions such as superficial keratitis, Sjögren's syndrome, or primary dry eye. For eye lubrication in cases of dryness, burning, eye fatigue, and other minor complaints.

Directions for use
Remove the sealed cap before first administration.

Contraindications
Individual hypersensitivity to any component of this product

Do not use VISMED® MULTI at the same time as any medicine or other product that
should be administered into the eye, as this may affect their effect.

Ingredients
1 ml of solution contains sodium hyaluronate 1.8 mg, sodium chloride, potassium chloride, disodium phosphate, sodium citrate, magnesium chloride, calcium chloride, and purified water. The solution is hypotonic.

Warnings
Do not touch the tip of the opened bottle. Do not touch the surface of the eye with the tip of the opened bottle. Replace the cap after using VISMED® MULTI. Do not use VISMED® MULTI if the bottle is damaged. VISMED® MULTI can be used for up to 3 months after first use. Solutions not used within 3 months of opening the package must be discarded. Otherwise, sterility is no longer guaranteed, which could pose a risk of infection.
Store below 30°C! Do not freeze! Do not use VISMED® MULTI after the expiry date stated on the packaging.

Side effects
In very rare cases, transient disturbances may occur such as irritation of the conjunctiva, sensation of foreign body, redness or burning sensation in the eye, transient blurring of vision.
