Usage
Apply with a cotton pad. Apply the cotton pad to your face, working outward from the center to remove impurities and makeup. Gently hold the pad against your closed eyes and pat lightly to work it into your skin and lashes. Gently remove makeup by working towards the tips of your lashes, without rinsing.
