ViaNatura Omega 3-6-9 is one of the most complete fatty acid formulas. The combination of these three complementary unsaturated fatty acids ensures an optimal fatty acid balance. ViaNatura Omega 3-6-9 contains purified fish oil, the highest source of unsaturated omega-3 fatty acids: EPA and DHA.
ViaNatura Omega 3-6-9 also contains cold-pressed flaxseed oil, rich in the omega-3 fatty acid alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) and the omega-6 fatty acid linoleic acid. Olive oil has been added to the formula as a source of the omega-9 fatty acid oleic acid.
EPA and DHA contribute to the maintenance of a healthy heart, with a daily intake of 2 capsules per day: 300 mg
