Vitamins (C, E, B5, B1, B6, B3, B2, B12, D, folic acid, biotin), minerals (potassium, magnesium, calcium carbonate, zinc, iron, manganese, selenium, copper, iodine, chromium picolinate), cellulose MC (bulking agent), choline bitartrate, magnesium stearate (anti-caking agent), silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent), PABA, ginkgo biloba, inositol, coenzyme Q10, hypromellose (glazing agent), titanium dioxide (colouring agent), talc (anti-caking agent), polysorbate (humectant), vanilla flavouring, iron oxide (colouring agent). Usage
Initial dosage: Take 10 tablets daily immediately after or during a meal, evenly distributed throughout the day.
Maintenance: Take 5 tablets daily immediately after or during a meal, evenly distributed throughout the day.

This nutritional supplement is not suitable for children under 17 years of age.
