Usage Treatment: Take a total of 10 capsules with plenty of water during meals. 3 capsules in the morning, 4 capsules in the afternoon, and 3 capsules in the evening.
Maintenance dose: 3 to 4 capsules per day.
This nutritional supplement is not suitable for children under 10 years of age.
May have a laxative effect.
Avoid consuming more than 3 grams of added plant sterols/stanols per day.
If you are taking cholesterol-lowering medications, use the product only under the supervision of a doctor.
Do not use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
