Usage
Shake before use.

Apply a generous amount to stiff or sore muscles twice a day and massage in.

Use as a warm-up lotion before exercise or as a warming treatment after exercise.

Massage cold limbs twice a day for extra warmth.

Cover immediately after application for longer lasting heating.
