Usage
To vape: dissolve 1 teaspoon in hot, but not boiling, water several times a day. Inhale the vapors for 10 to 15 minutes.
For rubbing: several times a day, also before going to bed, rub into chest, back and neck and cover warmly.

Store closed at room temperature, out of reach of children.
