Claims
Vitamin C is by far the best-known vitamin and is involved in a large number of processes in the body. This vitamin supports the immune system, helps with fatigue, is uplifting and replenishes antioxidants. Vitamin C also helps maintain strong bones, teeth and healthy cartilage. In addition, vitamin C is good for the nervous system, concentration, memory and mental resilience.

Ingredients
Vitamin C (ascorbic acid), citrus bioflavonoids, microcrystalline cellulose (filler), tricalcium phosphate, magnesium stearate (anti-caking agents), stearic acid, glycerol (emulsifiers), carnauba wax (glazing agent), HPMC (binding agent).
Usage
Take 1 tablet daily with some water with a meal. A maximum of 1 tablet, three times a day, spread throughout the day.
