Ingredients Magnesium (UltraMag® sucrosomial magnesium), microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose (bulkers), sodium starch glycolate, croscarmellose sodium (humectants), magnesium stearate, non-nano colloidal silicon dioxide (anti-caking agents).
Usage Adults: Take 1 to 2 tablets daily during or immediately after a meal or half an hour before going to bed.
Children 6 to 12 years: ½ to 1 tablet daily.
Children 3 to 6 years: ¼ to ½ tablet daily.
May have a laxative effect.
Storage instructions Store in a dry, dark place at room temperature, out of reach of children.
