Usage Take 2 level scoops (8 grams) per day, preferably half an hour before going to bed, mixed in a little water, biogarde or buttermilk.
This product contains 500 mg of calcium and 300 mg of magnesium per scoop. Therefore, supplementing with these minerals is usually not necessary.
