This classic balm is packed with essential oils that have warming properties. It is one of our oldest products, pure, natural, and no-nonsense. It is a pleasant muscle balm for stiff, tired, and cold muscles. As a chest balm, it is beneficial for your airways, helping you breathe more freely. You can also use it in a steam bath. In winter, it is very nice for cold hands and feet.

Ingredients (INCI)
Ricinus Communis Seed Oil* (castor oil), Beeswax, Eucalyptus Globulus Oil (eucalyptus oil), Camphor, Mentha Piperita Oil* (peppermint oil), Menthol, Limonene, Origanum Compactum Oil* (oregano oil), Beta-Caryophyllene, Linalool, Citral, Pinene, Tocopherol (vitamin E), Gaultheria Procumbens Leaf Oil (wintergreen oil), Citronellol, Helianthus Annuus Seed Oil* (sunflower oil), Terpineol, Carvone. *Organic.

Usage
Rub the balm on the chest and back (or a small amount under the nose) to breathe more freely.
Massage into stiff muscles/joints. Can be applied multiple times a day.
When used on cold hands/feet, wear cotton gloves/socks overnight if desired.
In a steam bath: a pinch of balm in a pan of boiling water.

Storage advice
Store dry, dark, and at room temperature, out of reach of children.

For external use only on intact skin. Do not use if hypersensitive to any of the ingredients. Do not use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Not suitable for children under 6 years of age.
