Composition per daily dose of 3 tablets:
Valerian root	1347 mg
Lemon balm extract	900 mg

Ingredients
Lemon balm extract (Melissa officinalis L), sugar, valerian extract (Valeriana officinalis L.), bulking agents (hydroxypropyl cellulose, cellulose), anti-caking agent (fatty acids), glazing agents (hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, polydextrose), colour (calcium carbonate), corn starch, glucose syrup, MCT vegetable oil (coconut and/or palm in varying proportions).

Usage
Take 1 to 3 tablets per day. Swallow the tablet whole, for example with water.
Valdispert Stress can be used regularly and for longer periods of time.

Use is not recommended for children under 12 years of age, pregnant or breastfeeding.
