Ingredients
Sugar, valerian root extract (Valeriana officinalis L.), bulking agent (hydroxypropyl cellulose), corn starch, bulking agent (cellulose), glazing agent (talc), anti-caking agent (fatty acids), glucose syrup, glazing agents (polyethylene glycol, sodium carboxymethylcellulose, polyvinylpyrrolidone, shellac, carnauba wax, beeswax), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), humectant (polysorbate 80), maltodextrin.

Usage
Take two tablets three times a day. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Swallow the tablets whole, for example with water. Valdispert Calm Valerian can be used regularly and for extended periods.

Use is not recommended for children under 12 years of age, during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Do not use in combination with benzodiazepines.
