Usage
Take 2 tablets once a day with a meal (preferably breakfast) and some water.

Valdispert Menopause 10 in 1 can be used for a longer period of time and is also sugar-free.

This dietary supplement is sugar-free and suitable for long-term use.

Contains approximately 45mg of caffeine per daily dose of 2 tablets. Do not use concurrently with other products containing green tea.

Green tea:
Maximum dose of ECGC is 800 mg per day.
Do not consume on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products.
Not suitable for children under 18 years, during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
