Usage
Take 1 gummy half an hour before going to bed by chewing on the gummy.
This dietary supplement is not suitable for children under the age of 18, pregnant or breastfeeding, if you have autoimmune diseases, diabetes, liver or kidney problems, or if you are taking medicines that affect the brain or blood pressure.
