Ingredients
Valerian root extract (Valeriana officinalis), sugar, passion flower extract (Passiflora incarnata), bulking agent (sorbitol), corn starch, anti-caking agent (stearic acid), glazing agent (talc), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), glazing agent (polyethylene glycol), glucose syrup, glazing agents (sodium carboxymethylcellulose, polyvinylpyrrolidone, shellac, carnauba wax, beeswax), thickener (ethylcellulose), humectant (polysorbate 80), melatonin.

Usage
Take 1-2 tablets shortly before bedtime. Swallow the tablets whole, for example with water.

Use is not recommended for children under 12 years of age, autoimmune diseases, diabetes, epilepsy, liver or kidney problems, pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Excessive use may have a laxative effect.
