Daily tablet: sugar, valerian root extract (Valeriana officinalis), rhizome extract (Rhodiola rosea), bulking agent (cellulose), corn starch, bulking agent (tricalcium phosphate), hydrogenated cottonseed oil, anti-caking agent (stearic acid), firming agent (cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose), glazing agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, polydextrose, talc), colour (calcium carbonate), glucose syrup, vegetable MCT oil (coconut and/or palm) Night tablet sugar, valerian root extract (Valeriana officinalis L.), chamomile extract (Matricaria chamomilla L.), bulking agent (cellulose), corn starch, bulking agent (tricalcium phosphate), fully hydrogenated cottonseed oil, anti-caking agent (stearic acid), firming agent (cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose), glazing agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose), glazing agent (talcium), colorants (calcium carbonate, indigotine, Brilliant Blue FCF), glucose syrup, melatonin.

Usage
Day tablet (white tablet): take once a day, preferably with breakfast.

Night tablet (blue tablet): 1 tablet per day, 1 hour before bedtime.

Swallow the tablets whole, for example with water.
Day & Night can be used regularly and for longer periods of time.

Use is not recommended for children under 18 years of age, pregnant women and breastfeeding.
