Step 2: Return the order yourself via USPS, FedEx or another trackable delivery method. We recommend that you insure your parcel.
Please note that it may take up to 14 days for us to receive and process your return. The original postage and administration charges will not be refunded. We will credit or refund the cost of the returned items and any taxes charged, minus the original postage costs. Please contact customer services for further information about our returns policy. Urban Care Bond Plex Series is a hair care series developed to restore over-processed and excessively damaged hair and prevent further damage to hair strands. Bond Plex Conditioner moisturizes your hair without weighing it down and helps repair your damaged hair by penetrating into the hair strands. It helps prevent frizzy and static hair. Supported with precious honey, the specially developed formula moisturizes your hair, leaving it soft and shiny. When broken hair bonds are repaired by the bond-strengthening content of the Bond Plex series, they retain moisture and the nourishing effect of honey, and help prevent hair color from fading. BondPlex technology supports your hair's strength and resistance to damage from high-temperature styling, chemical treatments such as dyeing, or environmental factors. It coats the hair and cleanses split ends, protecting the hair before styling.
