Ingredients
Spearmint, chicory cinnamon, liquorice, cocoa beans (5%), natural flavourings (4%), natural vanilla flavouring with other natural flavourings (1%), natural flavourings.

Usage
Place a tea bag in a cup, pour 250ml of almost boiling water over it and let it steep for 5 minutes.

Contains liquorice - people with high blood pressure should avoid excessive use.
