What is this medicine used for?
Designed to provide firm, effective support for sprains, strains and weak joints.
Directions for use
Can be washed for repeated use.
1. Measure around the widest part of the affected area and select the correct size.
2. Cut the bandage so that it is twice as long as necessary to cover the affected area.
3. Pull over the affected area.
4. Fold the bandage back so that it forms two layers. Make sure the top layer overlaps the bottom layer by about 3 cm/1.2 in.

Cotton, Elastodiene, Polyester, Natural rubber latex
Warnings
If you have any doubts about your injury or if it worsens, discontinue use and seek medical advice. Always apply two coats. This product contains natural rubber latex, which may cause allergic reactions, including anaphylactic reactions.
