Tick Lasso
The barbs in the jaw provide resistance when the tick is pulled. If the tick is twisted, the resistance is much less. Removing a tick can be done quickly and safely with the Trix tick lasso, which automatically grips the tick in the correct manner, without the tick's abdomen being pinched.
This reduces the risk of bacteria-containing substances being released.

Usage
Press the button to extend the lasso, place it over the tick and as close to the skin as possible. Release the button and lift the pen. Keep the green tip of the tick lasso pressed against the skin and rotate the tick lasso one full turn. Disinfect the bite site. If the tick is small (0.4-2 mm), the tip must remain pressed into the skin near the tick during removal. Never use fire to kill the tick; it can explode and/or melt the lasso. The Trix tick lasso can be disinfected with alcohol.
