Ingredients
Ashwagandha extract (Withania somnifera L.) KSM66®. Bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose. Lemon balm extract (Melissa officinalis L.), maltodextrin. Thickener: xanthan gum. Anti-caking agent: cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose. Sodium and copper chlorophyllin. Thickener: acacia gum. Anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, melatonin.

Usage
1 tablet per day, to be taken with a glass of water, 30 minutes before bedtime.

Ashwagandha:
Caution when using thyroid medication.
