Usage Ingredients
- 115 ml lukewarm water
- 50 grams of olive oil.
Preparation method
Combine the flour mixture with the water and olive oil in a bowl. Let the batter rest for 10 minutes.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin between two sheets of brown baking paper to create a nice, thin pizza base. Top it to your heart's content.
Place the pizza on a baking tray lined with brown baking paper.
Bake the pizza in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes.
