Gluten-free pizza You can enjoy a healthy pizza again, full of good prebiotic fibers.
The selected flours come from tapioca, linseed and coconut.
The pizza is seasoned with oregano and basil and is very easy to prepare, no chef skills needed.
Ingredients Flaxseed flour, coconut flour, tapioca flour, psyllium husk, arrow root flour, paleo baking powder (tapioca flour, raising agents: tartaric acid, sodium carbonates, salt), basil, oregano.

Usage Ingredients
• 2 eggs
• 80 ml oil
• 80 ml water
• 1 Pizza mix
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients together with the pizza mix in a bowl until smooth. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Roll out the dough with a rolling pin between two sheets of parchment paper to create a nice, thin pizza base. Top it as you like. Place the pizza, lined with parchment paper, on a baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes.
